Ingredients: Eggplant, mozzarella, parmesan, french fried onions, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, crushed tomatoes, red pepper flakes, whole wheat pasta, mixed greens, seasonal salad vegetables, balsamic vinnaigrette

    Remove the salad and salad dressing from the container. Place the eggplant and pasta in the microwave with the lid lightly covering the container for 1-2 minutes, until parmesan starts to sizzle a bit. Alternatively, transfer the eggplant to an oven safe pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes uncovered and heat the pasta in a pot on the stove over medium heat for 3 minutes while stirring.
