This amazing appetizer will delight your guests! All the delicious flavors of a taco dip, baked into a savory cheesecake that you will top with sour cream and garnish with a festive and colorful 'Mexican Salad'. It looks amazing and tastes even better.

Ingredients: cream cheese, eggs, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, green chilies, hot sauce, Chef Mario's Super Spice, Tomatoes, olive oil, black olives, green olives, scallions, parsley

    Heating Instructions

    Serves 20-25. Keep refridgerated until serving. Will arrive Frozen and thaw out as it sits in the fridge. Also comes with what you need to fully garnish this dish for serving. When you are ready to serve: remove plastic wrap from your cheesecake and take the lid off. Turn onto a serving tray and remove foil pan. Spread Sour Cream over the top of the Cheesecake in an even layer, smoothing the top. Use the 'Mexican Salad' to garnish the top (we like to keep the salad on just the rim of the top of the cheesecake so you can still see the sour cream in the middle. Serve with Tortilla Chips (or other crackers/bread as desired.)
