Tri Colored fingerling potatoes tossed with fresh thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Roasted to perfection.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, remove plastic cover and cover with aluminum foil and place into preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until hot.
Remove plastic cover and cover with damp paper towel place into to microwave. Cook for 2:30 minutes stir and then cook another 2:30 minutes.
