Recipe Kit: Parmesan Potato and Pepper Hash

Simple but delicious breakfast or side dish. Potatoes are cooked in butter and oil, then sauteed along with red and green peppers, onions, and garlic. Seasoned with salt and pepper, and mix in shredded parmesan cheese. Top it all off with some chopped parsley for color and freshness. Easy to make, colorful, and very satisfying!
