Freshly Frozen, this Italian Cheese Ravioli Made from Scratch in The Butcher’s Kitchen is made with Roseli Jumbo Cheese Ravioli, filled with a creamy combination of ricotta, romano, parmesan and asiago cheeses then covered with our charred marinara that we simmered for hours to really bring out the flavors and let all the herbs meld together and deepen this rich sauce. Pasta is made with whole eggs and 100% semolina flour for authentic Italian taste and texture.

Ingredients: FILLING (Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk, Whey, Cream, dairy solids, skim Milk, vinegar, salt) Parmesan Cheese (cultured milk, enztmes, salt) Romano Cheese (pasteurized sheeps milk, rennet, salt) egg whites, cream, corn startch, salt, pepper, spices. PASTA ( extra fancy durum wheat flour enriched( durum wheat flour, niacinm ferrous sulfate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) whole eggs, and water. MARINARA (fire roasted roma tomatos, tomato juice, canned crushed and diced tomatoes, burgundy wine, white balsamic vinegar, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and spices
