Ingredients: yellow rice, refried beans, flour tortillas, cheddar cheese, sour cream, lime juice, iceberg lettuce, chuck roast steak, cumin, chili powder, oregano, paprika, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, onion, bell pepper, lemon juice

    Pre-heat oven to 350. Vent the lid on the foil pan containing beans, rice and steak. Heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring the rice and beans halfway through. If desired, heat tortillas in the microwave, wrapped in a damp paper towel for 20 seconds, or place in the oven for 1-2 minutes on top of the foil lid. To assemble fajitas, place any desired combination of steak, rice, beans, sour cream, cheese and lettuce in your tortilla and roll up. Or enjoy the rice and beans on the side!
