When will my meals be delivered?
Your friendly driver will deliver your meals between 4-6pm on your delivery day. The delivery day for each meal is listed in the meal name and in your order confirmation email.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
No worries! If you won’t be home during the delivery window, you can just leave a cooler with ice packs on your front porch.
Are these meals fully cooked?
Oh, you bet they are. You’re coming home to a full-prepared meal that just needs to be popped in the oven or microwave to heat. Netflix, here you come.
How do delivery fees work?
You pay $2.99 for each day that you have meals delivered. So if you get all your meals delivered on Tuesday, you pay $2.99. If you get meals delivered Tuesday and Thursday, you will pay $5.98 in delivery fees.
Should I tip the driver?
No, you're good. You pay a standard delivery fee at checkout, and that allows us to pay our drivers a good wage.
Who makes these meals?
Talented local chefs. You can read about the chef at the bottom of any meal page, and you can see their picture under the meals. We think you’ll love getting to know these chefs and their unique culinary style.
Where do you deliver?
In the Triangle, we currently deliver to most of Raleigh and Wake Forest. We plan to expand to the rest of the Triangle soon. In the Sandhills, we deliver to Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Whispering Pines, and Aberdeen. To see if we deliver to you, enter your zip code on the "Menu" page.
How long do the meals last?
Meals should stay fresh for 4-5 days in your refrigerator, while salads should stay fresh for 3-4 days. Our chefs recommend against freezing the meals, but if you end up needing to, make sure to transfer the food to freezer safe containers first.
How do I order?
Check out the weekly menu on the "Menu" page, and add meals to your cart. When you’re ready to checkout, click on the "cart" in the top right corner. Make sure to order by Saturday at noon to receive meals the following week. We hear missing the order deadline can lead to some pretty intense feelings of sadness and regret, so we recommend setting a calendar reminder.
